Hog Wild!

Gracie and Tim were more than happy to accompany Caleb and Matt to the
Razorback game the day after Thanksgiving!

Pretty sure they froze there cheeks off!

Thanksgiving 2012

Thanksgiving was extra special this year not just because we got to spend it in Fayetville, but also because it happened to fall on Caleb's Birthday!
The kids had fun playing and of course EATING!
It was so nice to get a good visit in and a little traveling before baby #3's arrival!

My sister and brother inlaw are always quite entertaining!  Well I guess it is usually my sister that puts on more of a show!  Lol!

Big sister love!

Poor Weston has had back to back ear infections so Gracie has been giving him a little extra attention.  This morning that extra attention came in the form of a bath in the sink followed by cuddle time and cartoons!  Just what the doctor ordered!

11 months of sweetness!

He is sweet, he is cute and he is LOUD!!!

1st Grade!

We got school pictures in today and I was just blown away at how old Gracie looks!  She was the cutest baby but has certainly grown to be a beautiful little girl.  I'm afraid I'm going to blink and she is going to be a lovely young lady before I know it.

She is doing great and still loving school!  She loves reading and has her days when she loves math as well. Very much into fashion and music these days and not so much the baby dolls anymore.  Definitely still Daddy's little sidekick!  She is all about softball and basketball.  She is a huge Taylor Swift fan and despite Daddy's dislike a big Justin Bieber fan as well!  Of course as you can see she is still all about her hair bows and seems to love all things that sparkle!

Day 6 of being thankful!

I am not just thankful for the relationship I have with my Daddy, but the relationship he has with my children.  He has been there for me on my best and worst days and taught me many lessons along the way.  I watched him fight back the tears the day he walked me down the isle and watched him hide his tears the day I pulled out of the drive way to start a new life 1000 miles away.  Leaving he and Mom that day was the hardest thing I ever did, but when I returned with a beautiful little grand-daughter to put in his arms had to be the best!  Watching him take Gracie to the park to feed the ducks just as he did when I was little and play peek-a-boo with Weston just melts my heart!

I wouldn't trade this man for anything!

Day 5 of Thankfulness

My Mother is the most wonderful person I have ever known.  I am thankful each and everyday for her and everything she has taught me.  As strange as it may sound she is still teaching me lessons everyday.  I sometimes catch myself quoting her or thinking to myself "wow I sound just like my Mom".  I learned how to be a "Mommy" from her and sure hope I am making her proud.  You don't meet to many people in your life that are genuinely beautiful inside and out and I was lucky enough to have one as a Mother.  That has to be one of the greatest blessings of all!

Day 4 of Thankfulness

I am so very thankful for my sweet son, Weston Wyatt.  You will forever be Mommy's boy (no matter what Daddy says or does).  All of our lives have changed so much since your arrival.  To have, hold and love a son has been such a blessing.  I know some day you will grow to be a strong man and hope your Daddy and I do our job well to lead you on that journey.  I expect you will make that a VERY interesting journey for Mommy, Daddy and your sisters!

I hope you always know you were created from so much love are treasured dearly!

Oh my sweet Weston Wyatt!  Your Daddy may have named you after a gun slinging cowboy, but you are Mommy's sweet little love bug!

Ashlynn turns 6!!!

Can't hardly believe how fast all the kids are growing!  We joined Miss Ashlynn for a very special 6th Birthday Party!  It was loads of bouncing fun at the Fun Factory!

 Happy Birthday Sweet Girl!

Day 3 of Thankfulness!

My Sweet Abigail Grace I am thankful each and every day for you!

Your Daddy and I had no idea what we were doing when you were born and we hoped and prayed we would just get it right!  We sure got it right, because we got sweet little you!  You have been my "Saving Grace" at times and sure made our lives so incredible.  You are so smart and beautiful!  It amazes me every day as you grow up to see this kind, independent and wonderful little person you have become.  I sneak in your room at night sometimes just to look at you and give you a little kiss and I have since you were a baby.  You just amaze me, my Amazing Grace!

We are the Raider Girls!

Well the playoff game didn't exactly go as planned for the Raiders this year.  Unfortunately they fell one game shy of making it to the Super Bowl, but they sure had an amazing season.  Not to mention they had they cutest cheerleaders cheering them on.  The girls were able to preform the half time dance they had been working so very hard on!  It was adorable!  A BIG thanks to the Cabot High School Dance team for teaching the girls the dance!  An even BIGGER thanks to Coach Melanie for doing such an awesome job with the girls this season!

Day 2 of Thankfulness!

I am so thankful for my husband! I really can not put into words what we have been through.  I look back at our wedding picture and my first thought is "and I thought I loved him then, because it is unimaginable how much more I love him now".  I was in High School when I told my friends he was the one!  They just laughed it off and thought I was foolish and it was "puppy love".  I finally grew up and thank goodness I had not run him off by then.  Now married for over 7 years I feel like I have fallen in love with him time and time again.  My Mom was always his biggest fan and I knew the moment I lost her he was the only one that could ease my pain and he was.  He has wiped away my tears, dealt with my tantrums, held my hand when I was scared, wrapped his arms around me to make me forget and made me a stronger and better person because he loves me.  We have struggled, hurt and lost our direction a many times but always had each other through it all.

Day 1 of Thankfulness!

I am taking advantage of every day in November to make myself stop and think of all the things in my life I am thankful for and blog about at least one daily. We often get so wrapped up in all the negativity and stresses in our daily life we forget to reflect on the blessings. So here goes . . .
It only seems fitting that the first thing I'm thankful for to be the number one thing in my life and that is God. My faith has been tried and a battle for me at times but lately been the one thing that pulls me through the hard times and I feel such a presence in the good times. I continue to have so much growing and learning to do about our lord and savior but look forward to all the wonders it brings to mine and my families life!
