Precious Cargo!

These 2 are always into something together! I was surprised when I walked into the bedroom and heard sweet little voices and saw nothing. After further inspection I followed those voices to Tim's suitcase and found some precious cargo inside. Silly girls!

Gracie Fall 2010

Well lets see whats new with Miss Gracie! She is 4 1/2 now and in her 2nd year of Pre-school. She is doing great in school. Identifies and writes all of her letters, writes her names, ties her shoes and never seems to stop singing. She loves singing to Taylor Swift and of course her Pre-school jingles. When she isn't at school than you will usually find her on her bike, with a baby doll or barbie, writing and coloring or running around taking pictures. One thing that hasn't seemed to change and probably never will, she is still a DADDY"S GIRL!

Lets play ball!

t

"Come on Tim, lets play some ball" I hear James say from accross the park and boy they did. Gracie even got in on the action! Gracie needed a little assistance, but started to pick up on it pretty quickly. Lets hope she gets her Daddy's athletic ability and not Mommy's. James looked like a Pro out there though! He was dribbling and made several baskets. I think that boy loves anything to do with a ball. He also loves soccer and don't forget baseball/ t-ball! Ashlynn decided to watch from the sand box and we made sand pies! It was a lot of fun! I can remember when these guys were just babies and now they are playing ball and building sand castles.

Ashlynn Brooke

Hard to believe Little Miss Ashlynn is going to be 4 years old next month! She is growing right up and just seems to get cuter and cuter. She might be a Daddy's Girl, but there is no mistaken that she is Gramma's buddy! She loves her baby dolls and has become quite independent as well!

Afternoon at the Park in Jonesboro!

a

We spent the day in Jonesboro and got to visit Papaw which we always look forward to. We all went out to Craighead Forrest Park, which I love to take Gracie to because that is where my Daddy use to always take me as a little girl. Gracie was quite excited to ride in Papaw's little convertible and we finished off the day with ice cream! I look forward to more days like this when we are all settled a little closer.

Jamie and Erica's Wedding

We went to Missouri for the weekend for Tim's cousins wedding. It was a lot of fun and sure nice to see family and old friends we don't see often enough. Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Littrell!

Pumpkins and Waterfalls!

We set off on another trip to Arkansas and along our way we . . .

Stopped at a neat little Mom & Pop Pumpkin Patch and Apple Orchard in Missouri. Gracie picked out the perfect Pumpkin and even got to help pick some apples off the tree! She was quite excited to find where Wal-mart gets there apple from!

We also stopped at a place Mommy has been wanting to go called "Devil's Den". It is a
State Park in Arkansas and it was definitely worth the stop. I think we may be
going back next year for a little camping trip!

Fall Family Portraits at the park

Fall at the Park!

These 2 were like peas in a pod! Such cuties!

A picture worth 2 words "Daddy's Girl"!

A Sunday Drive

We set off on an adventure this afternoon. Our friend Danielle went with us for a drive through the country side to show us some neat places for potential portraits. We found a beautiful barn, neat bridge and beautiful fields. Nebraska is a beautiful place to live, at least when there isn't a foot of snow on the ground!
Gracie also took advantage of the opportunity to snap a few shots as well and I was lucky enough to capture her in the process. Danielle gave her a little camera and that roll of film was gone pretty quick. People keep telling me that I may have started something, and I think they are right! She is asking Santa for her every own digital camera for Christmas. Just melts my heart!

Dan, Jess and there Bunch!

These are some of our very dear friends and it was such a pleasure doing family portraits for them! We befriended Dan shortly after moving to Nebraska. He married Jess this past January which I also had the pleasure of photographing there wedding as well.

Afternoon at the River!

2nd Day of School and a New Tutu!

Gracie informed me this morning we needed to take pictures again before she left for school, so Daddy could see her new tutu and backpack. This was the first tutu I had ever made and it was intended to be for dress-up around the house, but "Miss Fashionista" decided it had to be worn to school. Sometimes I wonder what I would have done with a boy!

First Day of School!

We were quite excited this morning for our first day of the last year of Pre-school. I should re-phrase that, because Gracie was excited and Mommy was a little sad! It is hard to believe how grown up my baby is now, and how full of attitude she is as well. I think this picture displays all that attitude quite well!

Home Sweet Home!

Work on the house is really coming along. For those of you that remember the house when we first moved in you can tell just by looking at this picture. We now no longer have a dirt track! After a lot of leveling off of the yard it was ready for Tim install sprinklers and plant grass. We have also re-roofed, repaired siding, wrapped the columns, done some landscaping and Gracie's favorite is the sidewalk we now have! It is bicycle tested and approved! :) The grass is still filling in, but is a drastic change from before! The work inside is still ongoing. We are finishing our nearly 2000 sq. ft basement, which was demoed down to the bare bones. The main level is getting a bit of a face lift with new flooring, fixtures, and fresh paint! Can't wait to show off the finish product, get it sold and head south!
