Trip to Crystal Bridges

Christy and I loaded up the kiddos and headed over to Bentonville to visit Crystal Bridges Museum.  It turned out to be a great day and such a wonderful place to visit.  I kept saying all day "I can't believe this is in Arkansas".  It is an amazing place!
We started with a stroll through the gardens.
The kids even let us get a few pictures of them.

Miss Emma did her thing just being cute, cute, cute!

The kids we excited about all the butterflies!

After a quite yummy lunch we were off to see what they had in store
just for the kiddos.

Caleb, Emma and Gracie all made picture frames.

We also made a stab at walking through the art gallery but seeing as how our
children are a bit young to grasp "Shhhh . . . don't touch".  That got cut a little
short not that the kids minded at all, because there was the perfect spot
outside for a good game of chase!

Crib Party!

I thought some company might help Miss Emma rise and shine this morning!

Poolside with the King's

The picture above is a great example of our stay with Uncle Matt and Aunt Christy, RELAXING!
Emma did her thing just being cute as usual!
Gracie geared up and was quite a site in all her swim wear!
Weston took his very first dip in the pool and LOVED it!

Sure was nice to just sit back and watch the kiddos play and have fun.
There were lots of giggles that is for sure and Caleb insisted we stay for a sleep over at his house!

Dreaming so sweetly

I just couldn't help but capture this sweet moment.  As I watched them sleep I wondered so many different things.  The one thought that always seems to run through my mind is my Mom.  I wonder how many nights she laid awake watching Christy and I and if she ever dreamed about the sweet little angels we would one day have ourselves.  It is so amazing to me how much of my Mom I see in my children and just in life day to day.  She is constantly reminding me everyday of just how blessed I am!

Bye, Bye Kindergarten!

Today was Gracie's end of the year party.  The kids sang songs and showed off all the many skills they learned in Kindergarten this past year.  Gracie received a friendship award from her teacher as well.

 After a few snapshots with classmates . . .
the kids were off to fun and games outside.

Weston and I were both in attendance for all the festivities.
A special "Thank You" to Mrs. Graf for making Gracie's Kindergarten year such a wonderful experience.  You just don't find teachers as kind and outgoing as Mrs. Graf as much anymore.  She truly made Gracie's first year of "big school" the BEST experience!

Just so proud of my baby girl!  Sure wish she would stop growing and be my baby forever, but it sure is amazing to see the sweet, smart and sometimes sassy little girl she is becoming!

When I was walkin' in Memphis

Tim has been working in Memphis the past couple weeks, so we decided to take advantage of that while visiting Gosnell for the weekend of Graduation festivities.  Uncle Derek, Aunt Holly and Tanner joined us as well.  We stayed at the Peabody which we all thoroughly enjoyed for different reasons.  The kids thought it was especially neat to see the ducks march.  I on the other hand was quite partial to trying the assortment of delicious desserts.  I think Tim and Derek enjoyed the night life the most.  Miss Prego, Holly was quite thankful for the room service pizza for a mid-night snack!

It sure was nice to watch these 3 cuties play and have fun together!

Britany's Graduation

We made a special trip over to Gosnell this weekend for Miss Britany's Graduation!

As I think about Gracie graduating Kindergarten I know I am just going to blink and she will be graduating High School.
Britany has worked so hard to achieve what she has in life. It has been an uphill battle for her at times but she has made the best out of it and done it with a smile.  I know she will do great in college because she has certainly had to work twice as hard as any High School student!
We love you Brit Brit and are so very proud of the young lady you have become!
