Words can never describe this moment right here. Watching Tim's eyes tear up and the most amazing grin come across his face as he sees his newborn child for the first time. Hearing the doctor comment on the full head of hair she has. Then comes the cry and scream of new life.
Then a nurse holds her sweet tiny little body up over the curtain so I can catch a quick glimpse. She said "Rachael, she is perfect". The words every Mother wants to hear accompanied by the wailing newborn screams.
I went in to full all out "Momaratzzi" mode even while still in the operating room snapping pictures of Tim holding our sweet bundle of joy. It was such a beautiful moment and had to be captured!
After having just Gracie for 6 years I wondered how I would love more than one child equally and I quickly discovered after the birth of Weston and now Madison your heart doubles in size with each child. Absolutely amazing how the miracle of life effects every part of your own life!
10 little fingers and 10 little toes I counted as they were stamping Madison's feet and bathing her for the first time!
God has blessed us once again with another sweet gift and she came topped with a bow and all!
