Labor Day Visit to PaPaw's

We took advantage of an extra day off school for Gracie and Daddy having the day off work and headed to Papaw's house.  It's just so nice to be able to jump in the car and drive over for the day, especially after living so far away for so long.  I know Papaw sure loves seeing these two as well!

Just another Saturday around the Suiter house!

 These two sleepy heads slept in this morning and Mommy had no complaints over that!  After a yummy breakfast and cartoons it was off to find Gracie a project.  I let her pick one out and this is what she chose. 

 It is stamped and Mommy approved for sure!

 It is always so nice when you can find something fun and NOT messy, especially involving paint

Gracie said it was her tie dye paint masterpiece!

This is what I found when I went to check on Weston this afternoon. He was even humming in his sleep. Must have been dreaming about calling the Hogs!

2nd week of 1st grade

 Gracie still finds time for her "bubby" (as she calls him) in the mornings before school!   

She is definitely loving 1st grade and even more excited about cheer leading starting up this month.  Oh and this next month holds some very important news you will have to stay tuned for!

Weston is 8 months old

  8 months old and just as sweet and precious as can be.

 Such a happy baby, seems to always have a smile on his face unless he is hungry.

  He has discovered his voice this past month and is sure to give you a hollar'!

 He sure doesn't miss a meal, applesauce is definitely his favorite!

 He adores his sister and it is just precious to see those 2 together.

 Everyday is something new, weather its a new facial expression or milestone he is hitting.

Look out 1st grade, here comes Gracie!

 Well I think it is safe to say that the sign says it all!

 I can't wait to see what this school year has in store for Miss Gracie!  She is definitely ready for anything 1st Grade has in store for her.  I couldn't be more proud of my beautiful, smart, funny, kind and outgoing little 1st Grader!

Gracie is working hard on her sign for pictures in the morning.  She is so excited to kick off this school year!  Seems like Kindergarten just ended and we are already starting 1s grade.  Where did the summer go!?!  We were busy having so much fun that we didn't even notice how quick it was flying by!

Cooking 101

Tim hasn't been feeling to great and he requested a Red Velvet cake, which is his favorite.  Gracie jumped all over making it for him.  Here is a glimpse into the process of making that cake.  It was quite comical to watch her and she was so proud when it was completed!
